"The first and biggest problem is finding parking space. Paid parking exists but is inadequate and mostly filled. The staff is fairly helpful but the initial attempt is to try and avoid engaging with you so as they may continue to do whatever it is that they are doing (including talking to each other). However, once you call out to anyone or address him/her directly they attend to you."
